I offer the unique combination of a people-focused background with an operations executive lens, and my problem-solving and strategic skills paired with the curiosity of a coach make me well-positioned to assist you with business growth, Operations and People process and gap analysis, change management, leadership, and strategic planning. I’ve been a people-builder and process-builder for my whole career. I was a successful startup executive (Chief Operating Officer/VP of People) that built the People and Operations functions for Fixer, a direct to consumer residential services startup, from scratch to exit, including creating day-to-day operations and load-bearing foundational processes, recruiting and hiring, building our People and Operations strategy and departments, leading and facilitating scale and expansion across major metropolitan areas across the country, and building an in-house training center to train interested potential employees along the way. I used both my Lean Operations background and my people-centered skills and experience (and worked alongside a fun and brilliant team!) to build and scale the business to maximize our social and business impact.

I have focused my work on creating a thriving business culture, building foundational work structures that hold and evolve the most important parts of the business as they grow and scale, minimizing the strain and overwhelm on individuals to allow them to do their best work, and instituting business practices that invest in people and prioritize business growth simultaneously.

In addition to my startup/tech executive experience and skills, I’m also a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a Board Certified Coach, and Silver Certified in Lean Operations.

I love to travel, I am the mainsail trimmer on a 50’ sailboat racing team, and I have a giant Great Pyrenees-mix rescue dog named Bruce who is high-maintenance but thinks he is low-maintenance.
