Hi, I’m Tracy Cupper, LCSW, BCC
I am a People and Operations executive, an executive coach, and a business consultant who is equally passionate about people, process, and growth in all of its forms. I have a background in healthcare social work, therapy, and operations, and pivoted to become an early-stage People and Ops tech executive (Head of People, then Chief Operating Officer), building and scaling in the impact business startup world, specifically focusing on creating thriving business culture, people-oriented efficient work systems, and business practices that invest in people and prioritize growth simultaneously.
I have the credentials to back up my work: I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a Board Certified Coach, and I’m Silver Certified in Lean Operations. I offer a unique combination of a social work/people-focused background with an operations executive viewpoint, and my skills in both areas make me well-positioned to assist you with business growth, leadership, interpersonal communications, strategy and process, and personal and professional growth.
